Book that teaches SAT/ACT math?

I feel I do not have a firm enough grasp on many of the concepts included in the math section of these standardized tests. Therefore, a book that reviews this math would not be as helpful as one that TEACHES it. If possible, can anyone recomend a book or even a tutoring course that offers lessons on how to do the math before it expects you to be able to do practice problems?!?!
