Why do creationists try to talk to atheists about the complexity of the earth as if thats prof of god?

its just proves right of the bat that they don't know ANYTHING about natural selection. there's nothing "random" about natural selection. and they also think the idea of evolve means get better and better when it really depends on the species that is most willing to change and adapt. further more creationists get angry and aggressive about this topic. why?
