In SW Revenge of The Sith, Does Padme literally die "from a broken heart"?

Anakin/Vader choked her until she was unconscious but he didn't kill her b/c she's alive "barely" when she gives birth & names to baby Luke & Leia. As one of the droids said "She has lost the will to live". Clarification? Could Padme just no longer go on having lost her ONCE loving husband ( & true love) to the dark side?
