My wireless on my laptop doesnt work, why?

Hi, make sure that your laptop is configured to match the wireless setup on your router. It must use the same proptocol (WEP, WPA, WPA2) and must also have the same encryption key. Also make sure that the laptop has a different name to any of the other devices which attach to your router.
