Need legal advise for my daughter?

My daughter received a letter from the District Attorney's office in California saying there was a complaint filed against her for 5 violoations of Identity Theft. At the time she was being detained in Gwennitt Cnty, GA for a simular charge. I wrote a memo on her behalf to the Calif. DA explaining that she would not be able to show up for the date as she was being detained. With the help of the Public Defender in GA, she was able to get out in 93 days - on a First Time Offenders Plea / a $1200 fine/5 yr Probation & 40 hrs of Community Service.....Now that she is squared away in GA - I need to know how to handle the unresolved issue in Calif.
