Emancipation Question?

I am 16 and pregnant. I turn 17 in June. The father of the baby is 18. He wants us to move in together and raise the baby as a family. My mom doesn't want to sign papers or give me the consent to move out.We live in a 3 bedroom trailer with 4 people living in it as of now. She will let the father move in, and once the baby is born making it 6 people living in a single wide trailer. My mom smokes inside and doesn't have a job. Me and the father work and are able to financially support ourselves and the baby. Would this be a good reason to go to court for emancipation?
