Is it worth waiting for the new walkman X series or should I get a Ipod touch instead?

I am desperate about getting a new mp3 player now but I can't make up my mind. I heard the Sony X is coming out soon in my country and as I can see from some reviews, this looks very good but I can't make up my mind.
