Does A Capacitor LED voltmeter remain on when the car is off?

no it shuts off it might stay on for like a minute then the led will shut off i got 2 caps in my truck it stores the voltage and shuts off after its stored and if you got your car turned on it wont drain any battery andd even if you have your caar turned off itll just take what it needs then shut off. if it does drain your battery then you got a bad cap
