How can I stop my brother from touching his and touching other things?

I mean it's disgusting and he's only 10 years old. I tell him to stop in a polite understanding manor and he'll shout back with a smart comment telling me i'm a pervert and I should mind my own bisuness. But he touchs things and refuses to wash his hands and every time I have to use a remote or sit on the couch I get paranoid and I have to wipe everything with clorox wipes.. WHAT SHOULD I DO? I know this is a bit innapropriate but it's eating me from the inside out. Sooner or later i'm going to loose it.
