Thinken of buying a townhouse need a little advice?

Im currently in the process of look for a townhouse or a house to buy I have my va loan so getting a loan is no problem but at the same time i don't wont to get over my head. i found a townhouse for 115,000 almost 1500sq. ft it has a fire place, garage, patio an deck, 2 master bedroom, it has .04 acres it not much but thought i should mention but if u have any advice im all ears... thanks alot
